Questions people ask
Is SFHL Innovations hiring right now?
Yes. We have open roles in new product development, tool design and DFM, and industrial design across consumer electronics, packaging and heritage product categories. Every open role is listed on this page with its own detail page.
Where are these roles based?
Pune, Maharashtra, with travel to client sites and tool rooms. We work from two offices, Connaught Place in New Delhi and Pune. The product engineering work runs out of Pune.
Are these permanent jobs or contract roles?
Most start as fixed-term or project-based work, usually three to six months, and extend with the programme. We say so in the advert so it is not a surprise later. A role becomes permanent when the work behind it is steady.
What does SFHL Innovations actually do?
We are a product studio working on physical products, taking them from industrial design through engineering and tooling into production, along with the software and IoT that goes with them. We were selected for Nasscom Emerge 50. ThinkMPI and SecureMe Devices are our brands.
What experience level are you looking for?
Three to eight years for most design and NPD roles, five to ten for tool design and DFM, and eight to twelve for senior NPI. We are not recruiting freshers or interns for these roles at the moment.
Do you publish salary ranges?
Not on the site. We would rather talk about it in the first conversation, once we know what you bring.
