Senior NPI Engineer
Take consumer hardware from first-shot trial through to mass production, and sign off the evidence that it is ready.

The role carries the technical authority to sign off a milestone: pilot yield, cycle time, certification, and the control plan that goes into production with the product.
What you will own
- T0 and T1 trials and the correction loop through to a clean assembly
- Pilot build and line validation, covering yield, cycle time and rejection analysis
- Electrical safety and BIS certification through to a pass
- Control plans, inspection standards with AQL, and the SOP pack
What we need
- Eight to twelve years in hardware NPI through to mass production
- At least two consumer products taken from first-shot trial through to SOP
- Electrical safety and BIS submission experience
- You write acceptance criteria that are clear enough to settle a disagreement
What helps
- Small appliance or personal care category
- Supplier quality systems, control plans, AQL
- Experience of turning a programme around
